We want you to get the most our of your gorgeous new accessories so please take care of its delicate fabric when wearing and washing.
To care for your Billy Bear products, we recommend a cold hand wash only. We advise spot cleaning your accessories where possible to maintain the integrity of the product. Do not tumble dry. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Dry flat for best results.
Our products may require a hot steam iron from time to time to maintain shape. It is highly recommended to remove our products if your pup is likely to get dirty during outside plays.

We charge a Standard Shipping flat rate of $9.95 and Express flat rate of $12.95 for orders within Australia and offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $120.
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer a refund or exchange on our items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please see our Size Guide above for sizing of our products.

Given our products are individually handmade, there may be some sizing and variation to your order. Please see below a sizing guide for our products and how to correctly measure your pups.
Bandana Size Guide:
Our Billy Bear Tie-Up Bandanas feature larger ties to ensure a seamless fit. We always recommend measuring your pup's neck prior to purchase. If in-between sizes, we strongly recommend sizing up as the bandana can be rolled down to shorten the drop.
Collar and Harness Size Guide:
*Please note, when measuring your pups neck measurement please allow a 1-2 finger allowance. When ordering your harness, we strongly recommend making the harness neck measurement 3-5cm larger than their actual neck measurement to ensure the harness fits over your pups' head.

Leads:
Both our Puppy Leads and Regular leads measure 125cm approximately in length. Our Puppy Lead features a 20mm clasp and width. Our Regular Lead features a 25mm clasp and width.
