Shipping
We charge a Standard Shipping flat rate of $9.95 and Express flat rate of $12.95 for orders within Australia and offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $175.
All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post using Standard or Express Post. The estimated delivery time is 1 - 6 business days, dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule and destination points. In many cases, customers in Brisbane metro areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped. regional Brisbane areas can take up to 5 working days.
Unless a custom order has been placed, orders will be dispatched within 10 business days after order date. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
