Every Billy Bear piece is made by hand in Brisbane after your order is placed. This is not a delay — it is the reason the quality is what it is. Your piece has not been sitting in a warehouse. It has been made for you.
Production
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the studio.
